Could you try in the PMS console to remove "switch to tsmuxer when video when h.264 video is PS3 compatible" box ?
Save and restart PMS.

Please, stop PMS, remove debug.log file restart PMS and try to load a movie on your bravia TV, stop PMS and send the log file.
Your's was very big, from 13:08:53 to 22:26:54, many thing can take place...

Sorry just one more thing, the movies are jumpy, starting for a sec stopping then starting again etc. Any way to fix this? Even the mkv's which played perfectly before are now stuttering

hum, do you have "TranscodeVideo=MPEGAC3" or "TranscodeVideo=MPEGTSAC3" in your .conf file?
Could you have a look on buffer bargraph when is treaming? and look on your Ethernet monitoring (Windows Task Manager-> Networking)?

I am also using the settings you have suggested and they work great with my HX700, so I have reposted them to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=7423&start=0

I am having two minor issues with this config though, that I posted about in that thread as well. If you get a chance to have a look, it would be greatly appreciated!
