Sony KDL-32EX308

I've been fighting with this TV for a while so figured I'd post this for others.
This should also work with the other EX308 TVs too.

I used the beta v1.11.356 running on Ubuntu 10.04 on an Atom 330 motherboard.
Was mainly interested in transcoding since the Bravia EX only seems to support MPEG2 inside a .mpg container
as far as I can tell (the Sony support folks don't seem to have any clue).

Just FYI for the Atom with 2Gb of memory I did have to wind back the buffer size for the general transcoding settings as it always seemed to run out of memory and the oom killer would kill off the java app.
I did try on a Sheevaplug (Arm5el) but tsmuxer seems to be an Intel only binary. No source code as far as I could
find. Anyway, I digress.....

Here's the renderer .conf file I'm using.
It seems to work for me.

Cheers

Matt
