Vizio Smart TV

Need some serious help. I have a Vizio TV capable of streaming from computers, I think. It detects my computers on the network but can't access the files. I read somewhere else that someone managed to make it work by using the PMS program, since the TV requires a DLNA server-type thing. However, PMS doesn't detect the tv at all. It says I have no renderers detected. IN fact, it oesn't even tell me I have any MEDIA renderers.

I've used this program before with an actual PS3. I barely know what I'm doing, so if anyone could help, it would be appreciated.
