UE40ES8000 (Samsung AllShare) and PS3mediaserver

I've just purchased a new ES8000, which I believe has the current AllShare software, and am trying to use PMS for the first time, installed as a QPKG on a QNAP NAS. Before even getting to changing the .conf file, I have a problem which has been mentioned a few times previously (most recently by jXales in the last post), that the TV doesn't see the PMS at all.

PMS QPKG is v1.21.1, from memory I think the TV came with AllShare v1 installed, and doesn't find any updates. Does anyone have any pointers please?
