Samsung Galaxy S2 - How to use with PMS

Postby Renren » Wed Mar 28, 2012 12:33 pm

I have a samsung galaxy S2 here is some info:

Region: AUSTRALIA
Provider: OPTUS
AVer: 2.3.6
BVer: I9100XXK14

What i want to do is watch my soft subbed h264.mkv files to play on my S2. However when i tried using allshare it wont stream the said file with the stock player even though apparently the S2 can play mkv's with the h264 codec. Then i tried using apps like Skifta with numerous mediaplayers all with its set backs of issues. So can the PMS stream video to this phone like it does with the PS3? Or am i stuck with loading files to the phone and playing it from there?

Thanks for any support.

Hey,

Im trying to get it for SGS+ too.

It's all in the /render/ folder with *.conf files.
It will work fine but you need put effort in making correct *.conf file.

First of all, dose your phone is Found as Android ? if so then look into android.conf

If not then you need to find proper User-Agent: String for you phone/software you use.
