NO the video can't be view directly by usb.
So we need to transcode it.
Ok I post my debug file and conf in attachment.
Tell me if you need more information.
About my PC: Quad Q8200, GPU: GTX460, memory:4Go; Win7 64bits; Network: Gigabit; Switch local network Gigabit also.

With your config-file mkv files are streamed and not transcoded.
I have edited your config-file and provided some info.
Test it and try the given suggestions.
Use MEncoder as engine for transcoding.
