Sumvision MKV enclosure

Postby andybrody » Wed Apr 27, 2011 1:39 pm

Hi,
new here can anybody help, im using psm 1.21.1 found it the best solutuion for streaming to ps3 great work by all connected to development.
I also have a sumvision MKV enclosure that i would like to use via PSM.
The sumvision unit uses the Realtek 1073DD 400Mhz chip set when psm sees it it thinks it is a Popcorn Hour unit, not even a realtek renderer can this be solved, and any possible .png for it would be nice
The sumvision box is also sold by Mvix, roxcore and traxdata to name but a few. It can handle just about any file format you care to throw at it , therefore what would be the best settings/transcoding/muxing etc for it.
Hope im not asking to much
any help wold be appreciated
Regards
Andy :D

  1. Download and install Intel upnp tools: http://softwarecommunity.intel.com/isn/ ... ogy_v2.zip
  2. run Device Spy
  3. expand: Device name > ...ConnectionManager...
  4. doubleclick GetProtocolInfo and click Invoke
  5. copy Sink response and post to http://ps3mediaserver.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=15
You may also need to provide the Get Device XML (right click on device)
