The start/stop messages are fine. The output is a diagnostic aid. It's not meant to be "pretty", whatever that means. If you want to customize the display, logback.xml is your friend.

for some reason mencoder sb26 and sb27 causes sync issues for me on 720p mkv's if i revert it back to sb25 they work fine. looks like the upstream developers might have broken something since 26 was just a sync straight from their repository. anyone else getting this?

I just built PMS from git and it crashes almost immediately. All I have to do is navigate to a directory with files and PMS dies. I have reverted to the latest SubJunk build.

still having problem playing 720 mkv heres abit of the trace, the audio is out of sync, the buffer is full. mencoder sb26,27,28 all affected, sb25 works perfect.

Does anybody know which build of XCode 4.3 and Command Line Tools are needed to run the MPlayer Build Script? The Apple Developer Download page has multiple builds of each and I want to make sure I choose correctly. Thanks in advance.

Things broke severely when I switched to the XCode 4.3 app and its Command Line Tools.
If I remember correctly, I picked the bottom choice. But after that I needed to install a lot of things I didn't need to install before.
I did update the build script accordingly, though.

Let me know if it needs changing.
