Don't know which change could influence the dates not to display anymore, hope one of the other devs knows where it's coming from.

I don't think this has anything to do with the build; it sounds more like you're missing the Shutdown plugin?
PMS doesn't come with a shutdown folder out of the box as far as I can tell from RootFolder.java; only "Save configuration" and "Restart Server".
The plugin and shutdown options are present, but they where in the "video settings" folder, and the actual video settings are gone.
Maybe the Shutdown plugin needs an update?
