Does this build do ordered chapters? If so, how do you enable it?

Can't get SB71 to work. I haven't been keeping up with the updates. The last version that works for me is SB57. When I first installed it on the status page I saw a message about not being able to read pmsencoder or something to that effect. So I downloaded and the latest version pmsencoder 1.5.14. The pmsencoder message went away but the program can't seem to find my PS3. I'm also on Windows 8CP and using Java 6 update 31.

I think it's oke to run java6 and java7 side by side.. only the correct one will be used. (right guys? :P)

It's compiled using Java 6, which means both 6 and 7 should work.
Please post a debug.log Manco.

Majin, that is a bug I discovered while making this feature, but I fixed it, at least for me. In the past Avisynth would change the framerate but MEncoder would force the original, but in SB71 I made MEncoder use InterFrame's FPS logic. So I guess there must be a logical error in how I wrote the fix. Please post the debug.log.

After testing a bit more I actually got it to work, but only on some files and only with the "enable True Motion" check box enabled, not with manual scripts.
Here is the debug.log of a non-working file with the check box enabled and just <movie> in the script field: http://pastebin.com/7envXFAj

On files where it does work, this line
INITV: 0.200, 0.158, fps: 23.976
shows fps: 59.940
and the MEncoder line says -ofps 60000/1001 instead of -ofps 24000/1001

Yeah my fix only works when using True Motion, I should have mentioned that. I intend to make it work all the time but it needs more code, it's on my to-do list along with other AviSynth improvements :)
I've had problems with HorribleSubs releases because they use weird framerates like 23.810fps even though their sources are 23.976fps, no idea why they do it. It might have something to do with why it isn't working, though I can't think of why at the moment.
Please try it again and then paste here the contents of "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\ps3mediaserver\pms-avs-[HorribleSubs] Fairy Tail - 126 [1080p].mkv.avs"

Ah, too bad. I hoped I could finally add tdecimate() to some crappy releases. But it's great that you're working for AviSynth improvements.

I've tried adding
framerate() > 23.5 ? framerate() < 24.5 ? changefps("ntsc_film") : last : last
but it doesn't seem like it does anything for now.

Here's the .avs: http://pastebin.com/QA8gbpyL
It looks fine when played back here.

Does it only happen with the HorribleSubs releases?

Hmm, yes, seems like only with them. Maybe it has something to do with VFR, but I don't have any other similar files around to test.
Not that big of an issue then, I guess.
