Thanks for testing. That shows it is tsp's patches that are the problem, since that build was SB8 with only those patches applied.
Now hopefully we can figure out which patch it was. Please try this :)

One more time: Thank you for the new release and thanks at mazey who helped by testing. :)

@SubJunk: Perhaps you can take a look at this issue: https://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserver/issues/detail?id=686 and you can solve this in your next build :D in order to make the installed plugin 'PMSEncoder' visible in the encoding engines.

Cool :) I've tried to include PMSEncoder and enabled it by default, but if someone can check if it works before I release it officially that would be great since I'm not even sure how it is supposed to work, only that a lot of people seem to be using it :)
Here is the test file

Also, does anyone (like ExSport or another coder) know how to increase the height of the left pane on the Transcoding Settings tab (the one that holds the tree menu)?
I wanted to make it higher so that PMSEncoder fits in without creating the vertical scrollbar, but the regular things I tried like CellConstraints and FormLayout changes didn't work :)

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad it's working :)
I've made a new test build that applies the patch for the 40 sec problem. If you can test it and let me know if it works that will be great, then I can release SB10
Here's the file

I guess spirton.com was never really down. I tried a proxy and bam the download links worked, so if anyone else was having trouble try that!
