Crash with newer MP4

This happened with a new MP4(Taka fansubs new Naruto Shippuuden 178[link removed]), it seems to have something to do with the tags and metadata inside the file. Since it will play just fine when i strip them out(although the audio will unsync @ like 6:50 in when i do, its really weird). The buffer will go into negatives (-1, -2, -3 ect..) till it crashes Mencoder. This is all while transcoding the file. It will not serve the file without transcoding either, it just hangs with a black screen but wont crash. Im using a PS3 and build 1.20.409

I hope this helps diagnose the problem, if this is an old problem, im sorry, this is the first time i have had it.
