Some build 1.20.400 bugs

Hm, I need to test it again because my first test shown that it is stored so next time(after server restart) file is not parsed again and it is hidded also in case that now file is OK=can be parsed.
Also in some cases not parsed file doesn't mean it can't be played on PS3
Because that I also asked for option to show not parsed files with some info so we can test these files on PS3 that it is true it is not working when streamed and also reencoded. Because I am sure that some not parsed files were streamed OK to PS3(now I am not sure if pure streaming worked or transcoding was needed)
