I was using PMS 1.90.1 until last night when audio just kept dropping out, then lost the connection with server on the PS3. I would restart the server only to lose it within 10-15 minutes (no problems occurred in the past). I finished watching my show (or any other) via VLC-HDMI-TV.

Today I found the snapshot build of 1.90.2 here (http://pms.smoeller.de/job/pms%20%28tru ... t.pms$pms/) followed the instructions here (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=14753) and everything is right again and then some.

I have a TV show in mkv format that 1.90.1 wouldn't play (corrupt data error) but VLC would work. This snapshot 01-22-2014 plays it just fine.

yeah most of the problems were from using outdated engines which have now all been updated (mencoder and ffmpeg), hopefully a new official build comes out soon so the mainstream can enjoy it
