MakeMKV and Audio/Video Sync issues

I've ripped all of my dvds to mkvs with MakeMKV but when I try to play them through ps3 media server the video plays super fast. The audio is just fine but the video is almost twice as fast as it should be.

I can stream 1080p anime just fine but for whatever reason this seems to be linked to the MakeMKV rips.

I've see forum posts on this in the past but most of them are a couple of years old and claim that the newer versions of Mencoder have fixed the issue.
I've also tried all of the additions to expert options that show up in these posts but nothing seems to help.

I've tried the linux version the offical version and the SubJunk betas but have no luck at all on any of them.

Anyone have ideas on this?

I use MakeMKV as well but don't experience this problem. I'm running on PMS v1.20.412 on Vista.

Does the mkv play fine on your computer?

Maybe you could try remuxing the mkv with mkvmerge, usually solves my problems.
