Scheduled Play

I was wondering if there was a way to play media at scheduled times. A bit like having your own home TV station via the PS3.
Along the Shoutcast lines. But obvioulsy with video media and under more control.
Drag and drop to a spreadsheet outlay and hopefully the timings from the files fit in. Hope thats clear?


This might be under a different idea. I read through but couldn't find anything that stood out.
