How to watch Apple keynote addresses via PMS?

Hi, I've used PMS for a couple years now but only to watch local video files. Is there a way to have it grab a stream from the Internet and send that over to my PS3? It would be great to be able to watch the latest Apple keynote address on the TV instead of a laptop. Today's WWDC keynote isn't up yet, but it would be similar to this one: http://www.apple.com/apple-events/march-2012/

Does PMS have this capability built in? Or is this what you'd use the Channel plugin for?
