No Web Streaming

I know I'm missing something, so please excuse the simple question, but I can't seem to find a solution.
I'm attempting to install and use pmsencoder. I've followed the instructions and am now trying to test my set up to ensure it's working, with the provided WEB.conf file.
When I start PMS on Mac osx 10.6, it finds the pmsencoder plugin, without errors. My PS3 finds the PMS. However, there is no web folder. Is there something additional I need to do enable to make the web stream appear on my ps3?

• Make sure the WEB.conf and the edited PMS.conf are in the profile directory (see here for the default locations).
