Streaming live web video using pmsencoder

If you're on Windows, use the SharkHunter build. Otherwise:

• Install the latest version of PMS
• Save the PMSEncoder jar file to the PMS plugins directory
• Copy the WEB.conf bundled with PMS (direct link) or the one linked from the PMSEncoder documentation (direct link) to the PMS profile directory
• Start PMS
• Watch web videos in Video -> PS3 Media Server -> Web
