Idea: torrents plugin

It would be amazing to have plugin which could read rss from some torrent trackers and display list with new submittions of let do manually search.
After selecting wanted content, plugin should download .torrent file to predefined folder. That is all needed to have ability browse torrent trackers and initiate download media using PS3.
Torrents clients as uTorrent automatically could read specified folder content with .torrent files and download torrent.

Are there any other known ways how to use torrents by PS3?
