Issue 163

While researching Issue 163, I came across the posts mentioning the PBT_APMRESUMEAUTOMATIC event from WM_POWERBROADCAST. I know this is going to have to be implemented via JNA and probably in the WinUtils.java script but I am a little lost when trying to find the Window Handle for the PMS instance. You're obviously accessing it with the 'GoToSleep' methods, right? I think I need much more exposure to JNA!
