How to add country flag (language code) thumbnail?

I want to add my country flag thumbnail to resources/images/codes. How to create such file, maybe template or something?

Ok, I found icon pack with similar images and truncate them from 256x256 to 254x254 like others are (was it necessary?).
Someone with commit privileges please add these 3 codes to resources.
